Refund & Exchange Policy
For Accessories:
At Mikufu, each accessory is handmade with great care and attention to detail.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and delivered, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
We will gladly replace the defective product with a new one.
For Artworks:
As each artwork is a unique handmade piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the order has been confirmed.
